Process payroll for all temporary associates.
Provide Staff development, Leadership, and training in sales, marketing and branch operations to new hires.
Maintains level of authority with temporary associates to monitor, resolve, or direct complaints,
problems, injuries as need dictates. Terminate temporary associates when necessary.
Assist with dispatching activities.
Conducts branch weekly close, preparing and submitting required administrative reports and
financial information.

Maintains and Directs the Safety Program for the branch to include all training for temporary

June 2007  -  October 2010 
I instructed all II Marine Expeditionary Force Ammunition Technicians on maintenance of and
correction procedures for Qualification Certification service records. I designed and conducted
safety training programs to all United States Marine Corps Ammunition Technicians (stateside as well as overseas) that ensured all ammunition issued to II Marine Expeditionary Force Units were ready to fire for training as well as combat operations. Kept up to date with all safety procedural manuals and maintained them in an Electronic Library System designed by me.

Served as liaison between contractors and military ensuring customer satisfaction, adequate
supplies, and proper availability and scheduling. Mentored, counseled, and evaluated 10
Technicians in professional and personal affairs. Compiled and maintained ammunition and
explosive records in compliance with local and federal laws. Maintained appropriate documentation for storage and processing. Assisted Ordnance office with demolition of damaged ammunition.
