Over the last thirty (30) years, I’ve gained a wealth of experience in Project management and Business Communications.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a general average of 1.76. I also hold a Diploma in Tourism Management from Schloss Klessheim, Salzburg, AUSTRIA, under the Austrian Government Scholarship Program, with Distinction.

I held the post of an Assistant to the Manager for Industry Distribution and Financial Services (IDFS) of IATA- MALTA for eleven (11) years and provided general administrative support to both local and administrative offices of MALTA and Geneva, SWITZERLAND.

As Project Manager of Alliance française de Cebu, I executed various plans and achieved goals for five (5) years through continuous liaising with government and private sectors in the promotion of the French culture  through language classes and cultural events primarily held in Cebu City.

Adjunct to my post in Alliance française de Cebu, I also assisted in the processing and documentation of consular matters of the Agence Consulaire de Cebu of the Embassy of France- Manila, a fact that may interest you.

The recent five (5) years, I was an Online- Trainer on Business Communications for Japanese professionals. Subjects ranged from How to Conduct Meetings, Resume Writing , E-Mail Writing, Presentation Skills to undertaking numerous Case Studies on Coping With the Psychological Stress of Dealing with Various Cultures, in simpler words- Riding the Waves of Culture.

My major project was delivering the Presidential Delegation of France to Cebu City. I vetted all correspondences and reports submitted by my Local Team before formal release to Media, Local City Government, Central Command (Philippine Army) , Embassy of France both in Manila and Paris and National Bureau of Investigation- to name a few.

I was the central point person for hosting Diplomatic Dinners in Cebu City to include Protocol Practices in Sending Out Invitations and Speech Addresses.

I drafted and edited a Front Office Manual for Suncrest Hotel in Malta in 1988.

I drafted and edited Disaster Contingency Plan for IATA Malta.

I spent twenty (20) years living in Malta and Austria.

I am a dual national. Maltese is my second nationality.

My freelance work is based on commitment and deliverance of accurate reports within the agreed time period. The contract I entered into thrives on mutual trust. No qualms. It is simply pure professional work at its highest calibre.
