I have over six years experience in administrative work both in the commercial and not-for-profit / charity sector.  I enjoy project work, as well as routine administrative tasks and I would like the opportunity to support your business.  If you are looking for dynamic and flexible administrative assistance, someone with an eye for detail, enthusiasm and who is self motivated and highly professional, then I am the candidate for you.

I am used to working at Senior Management level in an administrative capacity and am therefore used to producing work in a timely, professional and accurate manner.  I am well versed in routine administrative tasks such as organising meetings and events / conferences, minute writing, diary management, making travel arrangements, budget management, data entry, website maintenance, as well as audio and copy typing.  

Besides administrative work I have also been involved in project work in various capacities.  I have helped develop a Performance Management and Activity Costing System for a not-for-profit organisation.  This included research and workshop facilitation, development and design of a performance management and activity costing system, development of training material and organising and running training courses for staff at all levels in the organisation.  I have also been involved as a co-author and co-facilitator for consultancy projects.  This has included input at all phases of consultancy work from project tender, to deliver and report writing.  

My academic background is rooted in the liberal arts.  I have an Undergraduate Degree in History and Anthropology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Ecology.  I am also fluent in German and have undertaken informal translation work in the past.
