We are an international IT company, which is planning to open an office in a year or two in Houston. To accomplish this goal we need a sales specialist, who would help us to sell our services which we provide to oil and gas companies. Our company integrates people, processes and technology. We can digitalize an industry by applying artificial intelligence, which helps an industry to make the right decision.

Requirements:
• Any Business or Marketing education, preferably a degree in Business, Marketing or Management;
• 1 year or more experience as a salesperson preferably working in oil and gas industry;
• Self-sufficiency in work;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Accuracy, attention to details;
• Ability to build relations with clients;
• Make phone calls and send letters to potential clients;
• Handle meetings with potential clients;
• Have already worked on a CRM like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics;
• Ability and desire to spend time by traveling around Texas and possibly to travel to other states for Sales Events and Appointments;
Responsibilities:
• Represent our company on different oil and gas exhibitions;
• Develop a strong client base;
• Promotes a company to make a first contract on the US market;
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence;
• Prepare for sales presentations by customizing PowerPoint presentations to align with the target audience;
• Successfully manage sales opportunities through the pipeline in an efficient manner and ensure a seamless transition of new accounts to the account management team;
• Actively participate in ongoing sales coaching and training activities and demonstrate a strong commitment to personal improvement and advancement;
• Maintain sales data and information to a very high standard in Salesforce ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Provide senior leadership team with on-going customer feedback to help shape sales and marketing effectiveness, product improvement and innovation;
