Description:
At Noom, we use scientifically proven methods to help our users create healthier lifestyles, and manage important conditions like Type-II Diabetes, Obesity, and Hypertension. With over 500 employees worldwide, we employ a global workforce that changes the lives of hundreds of thousands of people every day.

We are looking for an IT Manager to join our organization and help us create a world-class digital environment for all our employees worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for all the hardware infrastructure at our New York offices, the hardware used by our staff of 400+ remote Noomers, and all the office software used through the entire organization.

What You'll Like About Us

We work on problems that affect the lives of real people. Our users depend on us to make positive changes to their health and their lives.
We base our work on scientifically-proven, peer-reviewed methodologies that are designed by medical professionals.
We offer a respectful, diverse, and dynamic environment where you'll be able to work on a variety of interesting problems that affect the lives of real people.
Noom features generous budgets for personal development activities, like training courses, conferences, and books.
Working at Noom means enjoying three weeks' paid vacation, and a flexible work policy that is remote- and family-friendly. We worry about results, not time spent in seats.
Hungry? Join the team for delicious (and nutritious) daily lunches and snacks prepared by Sam and Marcelo, our NYC office on-site chefs.

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years' experience managing the IT infrastructure in a mid-sized company that employs a combination of on-site and remote personnel.
 Excellent knowledge of Gsuite administration
Adept at remote troubleshooting, particularly using Google devices
Well versed in setting up and maintaining a fleet of macOS, iOS, and Android devices
Expertise setting up and maintaining A/V spaces (e.g.: Zoom Rooms, Google Meet) for both small, mid-sized, and large (50+) meeting spaces
Experience establishing relationships with third party software and hardware vendors
Proven ability to provide and catalogue hardware at scale, including establishing a fast repair program
Great communication skills, and capable to explain complex technical concepts to a lay audience
Team player: enjoys teaching new concepts to, and collaborating with, the team
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership: you will have come from an environment in which people are responsible for their own code
