Description:
We currently have an opening for a top notch individual for the position of HR Specialist. The positions will be responsible for assisting with various human resource support programs within the Support Center including, full cycle recruiting, new hire orientation, on boarding and associate relations.

Establish supportive relationships with recruiters, generalists, and hiring managers while maintaining customer satisfaction for internal and external customers through the on-boarding process.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically.
If participating in coordination, delivery, function testing or downloads of respiratory equipment, all applicable competency testing must be completed prior to conducting those activities.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office programs.
Basic printing/faxing/scanning.

Language Skills
English (reading, writing, verbal).
