Division Overview
Hubbell Commercial & Industrial (HCI) provides solutions for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, commercial and industrial applications along with high-voltage test and measurement solutions. As a leading global manufacturer and supplier in multiple markets, we have quality products that serve the commercial construction, datacom, industrial light, industrial heavy, high voltage, residential and oil & gas markets. HCI has built its success through strong leadership, employee and customer loyalty and an exceptional sales force.
Position Overview

Responsible for planning and overseeing the successful delivery of the retail program’s output/product.
Develop and launch retail focused planning & tracking tools needed to effectively communicate and improve the retail sales channel.
Coordination with other Hubbell Divisions to support & manage our purchase for resale (PFR) products.
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the Product / Brand Manager.
Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
Daily analysis and communication to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities

Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
Project Management – leading / coordinating with the Retail National Account Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Outside Vendors & Finance
Managing sales initiatives to include promotions, side stacks, marketing documents, website interfacing, etc.
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies;
Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
Managing stakeholders’ communication;
Some Travel required.
Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a Program/Project manager or other managerial position.
Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of SAP required.
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability.
PC skills require working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project Gantt programs.
Must be comfortable with speaking to customers and engaging large groups.
Self-starter, able to adapt in fast paced environment, and be capable of managing multiple projects at once.
Must be able to think analytically and sharp problem solving skills.
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time on short notice and be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs of display materials.
