Description:
We are a successful tea retailer with modest customer support demand via phone, email and live chat. We use zendesk to manage our customer support and shopify is our e-commerce platform.

We're looking for a customer support professional available 4 hours per day at a time that includes working hours throughout the USA, (for example 12 - 4 Eastern). We're flexible about the exact schedule as long as it is consistent.

Support function include answering product questions, helping place orders, order tracking and responding to the occasional product problem.

We will also have some admin work to be done during this same time while waiting for customer calls etc.  

Social media management, content creation and other work is possible depending on the person's abilities in these areas.
