Requirements

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

I have some questions about this job because it seems like a long term engagement rather than a project.

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - I see that you're in IL so are you looking to expand into different parts of IL or go national?

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients - need to know more about your business offerings.  I went to the USG website to get an idea but more details are needed.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines - Must have a template to work from based on what you've done in the past.  No need to reinvent this unless what you have isn't working.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople - Just want to confirm that this is an online job.  Seems this requirement would need to have someone in your office.
