Very good and professional communication though the work on the project itself was very disappointing. Not even half of all the bugs I requested them to fix has been fixed. But at least the main issue got fixed. It took them over 2 weeks to deliver and this only after I told them I will withdraw the project from them. I fixed all the css bugs myself within 2 days what actually I hoped them to do for me.And I don't title myself a professional webdesigner at all !!!
It took me another 3 days to figure out where they added something in the code that created a 175px wide select field for choosing how many products should be displayed on the page...175px wide and not defined by a css style (50px was way enough). Even very experienced Joomla gurus I asked for help couldn't figure where the heck Nissi Infotech would have put in that value. Very Unprofessional!
I received a 50% refund of the upfront payment as I demanded it for voiding the contract.

My facit to Nissi Infotech: Do not offer a service if you have no experience or clue about what you are doing.

Not Recommended and will never deal with them again!
