We never launched the project with this provider. We hired another designer to complete the project.

The project description should have given them a good idea of what I wanted. I sent them a very detailed description for a scheduling and billing application for my tennis academy.
They didnt read the project description or any emails written thereafter. After app. 4 weeks (!) they delivered an application that was totally unrelated to what I asked for.
They tried to fix it, but after I explained several times what I I had in mind they had to admit that the application could not do that. In fact, the scheduling and the billing were two separate applications that did not work together. I had already paid 70% of the money agreed upon. I then cancelled the project and asked for a refund. The response was: write a positive review first and we will refund your money. I declined, and suggested a 50% refund first, after which I'd write a neutral review. This never happened, instead I was threatened with legal action, and that theyd put me on the blacklist here as a bad buyer ( I paid and got a non-functional product in return?)
So I said, #### the money, and I just want to make sure that these guys are being exposed as the incompetent cheating  fools they are (actually, I think they never planned to refund me anyway).
So, if you want to pay for nothing, go ahead and hire those guys.
Additional remarks: Add lying to their "expertise". Except for the fact that after spending hours on Skype with them, I did use pretty strong language at some point six weeks after the project start not a single word of their review is true. I did send: one excel file with a layout for the starting page of the application; one text file with a two-page list of the requirements.2. I ordered one scheduling and billing solution and asked them to do it so that if I make a change in the schedule, the billing should show that change. They developed one billing solution and one scheduling solution that do not communicate with each other.

This project was very complicated. Nonetheless, its was done to my complete satisfaction and with no surprises.  I will use and recommend these guys anytime.

The level of work is high from TWCS, however you will have to be patent as they will take time completing web site. I would recommend that the company put in place time management and complete the project with in a specific time, which they communicate to their client when they bid for work. The level of web site design could not be contested. I would recommend them if you have time on web site design. My contact person has been friendly and professional throughout the design process. I would use them again to do another web site.
