Julie did a fantastic job. She turned around the transcription overnight. The quality was excellent. The format she chose works beautifully and is easy to read. For words that she did not understand (unusually spelled names, for example) she typed in red, so it was a snap for me to go back and correct them. I recommend her highly, and am using her services again.
