Gretchen, in a word, is AWESOME.  I was blown away by the design she created as well as by her conscientiousness in making sure ALL the details were exactly what I wanted.  As a bonus, she gave me advice regarding her experience; e.g., that matte finsh labels are becoming more common.  Her professionalism can't be topped, and neither can her warmth.  I can't recommend her highly enough; working with her was an A+ experience.
