He added value and insight at every turn.  He created a phase for my product that is so unique that is will catapult my website to the very top of Google organic searches.  

He delivered the first draft in a third of the time we contacted for in spite of the fact that a goodly amount of research was involved before a single word could be written.  Second and third drafts followed in quick succession.

Additionally he put up with my last minute changes of direction with grace and forbearance.

Norman is a technical wizard with a pen, no injection of ego and extremely fairly priced.
