SAM was always available and he spent nights and nights working on the program. I am sure as i chatted with him even at 2 AM his local time! All members of the provider team went to great lengths to communicate effectively and efficiently. The provider's schedule was flexible. They indicated considerable time was spent on a project they thought would be of shorter duration.

All provider members were extremely patient, receptive and professional. It takes time for working routines to find a pattern. Once found, the provider was quickly able to deliver work close to the projects's intention.

Further work is needed to streamline the coding. The pages function as requested but render slowly. The coding issue may have been caused by other developers. Given the time spent, it appears the project award was a value.
