I was nervous about getting a logo designed here at iFreelance because I am also a graphic designer and thought that our ideas might clash and not work out and I'd be left with a bad experience.

This couldn't of been more wrong, I decided to give fridg design a chance and I'm extremely glad I did. They went above and beyond my expectations and were able to create an amazing logo! This was faster then I ever expected, I had a working copy of my idea within 2 days! James was very convenient to work with, I never had a problem getting a hold of him and he sent me emails throughout the entire design process of what he was working on and thoughts he had on the design.

I would recommend fridg design to anyone who is looking for a professional designer, they did a great job and I now have a fresh & completely unique logo!

Well, the project was unfortunately a nightmare and really sad is the poor communication with the provider. Sometimes I didn't get any answer for weeks and then it took months but the project never has been finalized. I know that he got a child, a relative died and his computer broke down and these excuses would all be ok if he would have offered any solution like canceling the project to start with another provider.

The quality of the designed logo was good, the quality of the mockup quite poor. The basic rules of good website mockup design were not considered and a clear design line was missing even though I sent some feedback on this.

One good point was that he finally paid back a part of the amount. This only happened after sending various emails, trying to call him (difficult to reach), etc. Unfortunately he didn't pay back the full amount and he also didn't provide the source files of the logo. So, overall I wouldn't award to him another design project because I lost time and money and had to pay another designer to complete the project.
