I typically chage $50 an hour, but am very gernerous with how I caluclate my hours.  

I generally take projects that are challenging and help me to develop my craft.  I do not feel that it is fair to charge for "on the job training" so I tend to be VERY gernerous when I calculate the actual hours dedicated to the project.

For that reason I prefer to charge by the project.  I guess how many hours it will take to complete the project and then set the project at that price.  Since I am a hopeless optimist I always underbid.

I am new to "professional" logo design but have desinged promotional materials for various clubs, orgainizations and employers.  I really enjoy and am good at the creative process required to create a great logo.  You will be very satisfied with anything I create for you.  I guarantee it.  We will work together to get it just right.
