I have over 6 years experience in feature/topical article writing, and more than twenty years in the creative writing field. Having enjoyed writing from a very young age, my writing ability covers many styles, from creative fiction, poetry, script and screen, to topical and feature articles, reviews, blogging and writing for the web. I have had poems and short stories published, as well as a radio play that aired on ABC Radio National in 2008.
I hold a Certificate in Freelance Journalism and in 2009 I earned my Bachelor of Creative Writing from the University of Wollongong. Currently, aside from my freelance pursuits, I compile and edit a quarterly newsletter for a local alternative health centre and have recently completed the fifth draft of my first young adult fiction novel.
I have a diverse variety of interests and enjoy the research and challenge that entails an assignment.
