Hello, and welcome to Rainone Photography!  The images within represent my passion for capturing the perfect moment, the right angle, or the proper mood.  

In my portrait sessions, I think it’s really important to focus on a relaxed, creative environment where we can have fun and capture a model's best possible moments.  My editorial and documentary photography is approached in much the same way, informed of course by the supporting story.  

What you'll see in my fine art collection is my need to balance the past and present.  

What I call "nostalgic explorations" involve alternative processes and traditional silver photography.  I revel in the rituals of mixing chemistry, applying light-sensitive emulsions onto paper or glass by hand and developing film.  It allows a form of expression that grounds my art in a realm where science is as good as magic.
