My specialty is book illustration, but I am not limited to such work. My special strengths are the human face and figure, whether adult or child, whether serious or comic. I am also competent in work with landscape, with animals, with architecture and architectural perspective. The media I am competent in include acrylic, oil, watercolor, graphite, colored pencil, linoleum block print, woodcut, wood engraving, vector graphics, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

My experience as an artist reaches back thirty years or more. In the last last four years I have taken on and executed illustration commissions for several published works: two audio books, two poetry anthologies, and a work on physical culture. I am currently engaged in illustrating a series of children's books.
