Emily graduated from Western Michigan University with a teacher's certificate in both art and special education. Outside of teaching, she finds joy in drawing, painting, decorating, and writing.
Emily specializes in portraits, murals, illustrations, T-shirt designs, watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings. All works of art can be designed around customer's taste, color scheme or subject matter. In High School, Emily illustrated the drawings in Blessed Tragedy, by Karen Wells and award art student of the year. Emily was also award an art scholarship for her college endeavors.
Currently Emily is a freelance artist and special education high school teacher. She lives with her husband and sons in Holland Mi.
