I am a professional journalist with more than 15 years experience in print, radio and broadcast media.  My previous employers include The Economist Intelligence Unit, CBS Radio, CNBC and CNN.  My specialty is financial and economic news.  If you are looking to take complicated technical jargon and turn it into clear, easily digestible copy, I am the writer you want to hire.

I am now freelancing from home and have a wide variety of clients.  I have written and edited proposals for clients including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and USAID.  I have written speeches for Ambassadors and other political leaders.  I have also taught corporate clients how to write for business, and improve the quality of their reports and proposals.

I have expanded my writing preferences beyond business and economic writing to include travel, parenting and childcare articles.  I am also working on a series of Children’s books.

I am a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and have a broad international background, having lived and worked in Ukraine, Hong Kong, the UK and the Czech Republic.  I have both US and Irish citizenship.
