I am seeking to assist entrepreneurs and small businesses in the development and growth of their companies.  Over the years, I have assisted several startup companies in business planning, financing, accounting system setup and ongoing operations.  I have served as CFO/Controller for multiple companies, including a public company, and also worked as a small business consultant for more than a dozen years.  My experience includes writing business plans and assisting in financings.  

I am currently working with two companies, but I have the time available to add a couple more to my client base.  If your company does not require or cannot afford a full-time CFO/Controller but you still need access to that level of expertise on a limited basis, perhaps my services is your solution.
