Full template packages average at 650 and can include hosting. My absolute minimum is 40hr, however I almost always bid on FINAL FLAT FEES. You are not charged extra if it takes longer, nor is the project discounted if it is finished ahead of schedule.

When I design, you get basic SEO, Google tracking, and strict HTML every time for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Advaced SEO packages, strategy, suggestions and implementation can be added. SEO packages start at 200.
