As a ghostwriter, I've written six novels and am working on a seventh: a trilogy of spiritual, slightly futuristic thrillers, a political drama, a contemporary realistic comedy, and a past-to-present comedy drama. In my own right, I’ve also published a novel, 2 novellas, 6 short stories, and 3 academic papers, covering magical realism, fantasy, sci-fi, fairy-tales, straight realism, and non-fiction. I love trying on different genres and voices in different books and find this one of the most exciting aspects of ghostwriting.

I have a Masters in English Literature from the University of Oxford, UK (where I now live) and a First in English Literature from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.  Before writing full-time, I worked in marketing for 3.5 years and taught English for 3 years. My IT skills are excellent:
* MS Office suite, very advanced
* website design (Dreamweaver and HTML)
* databases (MS Access and Visual Basic) - my previous databases include Customer Profile Management, project flow management, telemarketing scripts, bibliographies, and writing tools
* graphic design (Adobe Photoshop and the Corel suite) - for brochures, web-images and buttons
