SCOPE
We need a experienced architect to design a small business complex wich has a 50 room economic hotel (rooms must have only 13m2);  and a business building wth total area of 3.000m2 with free will.
The business building must have: auditorium for 100 people, open places to desks, coffee lounge, creative room/ games room, gym, music studio, parking etc...

Who we are
We are a small brazilian mexican company of IT. We are building a creative complex and free school to youths in  Brazil.

Experience Skills
Must be a very experienced architect. We would apreciate someone with experience in green projects and low cost materials.
