Below is a press release I wrote myself, but I am looking for a professional press release writer to make it more impactful.  Our company is Management Performance Associates, or MPA; and the new division we have created to help job seekers get their resumes into the hands of the decision makers is called VIP Resume Marketing.  This is a unique service and much needed service not available anywhere else in the US at this time.  Every single day the resumes of hundreds of qualified candidates are being deleted by ineffective software programs and overworked HR people.  Resumes often never make it to the decision maker for the posted role.  The release I wrote (below) explains what we are doing to see that the Managers of the Departments who actually have the job openings are seeing the resumes of qualified candidates:

New Career Service Takes Job Seekers Past the Gatekeepers and Straight to the Decision Makers.

Citing a lack of response from prospective employers as the #1 complaint from today’s job seekers, National Headhunter MPA introduces a new solution not previously available in the US.

The resumes of many highly qualified on-line job seekers are not making it past the gatekeepers or automated screening software utilized in many major US Corporations today.  The result is often that the true decision maker for a particular role never ends up viewing the resumes of qualified candidates.  

In an attempt to resolve this often frustrating dilemma for job seekers, MPA, a National Staffing Company based in the Seattle area, has introduced a new service now available in all 50 States called VIP Resume Marketing.  MPA charges job-seekers a flat fee of $225 to research the names and current contact information for up to three actual decision makers within their list of target employers.  MPA then presents the candidate via an e-mail directly to the decision makers with a copy to the job seeker.  

The job seeker is then able to continue a dialogue with the decision maker at no additional expense once the initial contact has been established.  

There is no fee charged to the Employer at all, resulting in a loss of more than $10,000 per placement to MPA .  MPA President, Marsha McKim states that this is their way of “giving back,” and helping to get our Country’s economy back on track.  She claims that the $225 fee they are charging covers only their actual cost of the research and the time it takes to present candidates to prospective employers.  For more information, visit their website at:  www.mpacareers.com/vip-resumes
