This is project "RockStar" and it's going to be rather "BIG" if we get in the market within the next 30 days.

I have all the lists of my JV's, my JV's that are in and out of $100,000 days. I am from TheRichJerk.com project and when I say we know how to make money, we do. My lead programmer is tied up as he was offered a job at MySpace, FaceBook, Yahoo, and Google at one time and was the Lead programmer for TheRichJerk.com. I am structuring this deal to be VERY Unique. I need someone good with web design, flash, php, graphics for site, and video(camtasio) with a video skin experience. I would also like someone able to install software in our members area we have.

We will be offering 10% of all sales from CB- Clickbank, right off the top paid every two weeks from opening since we are expecting a huge jv launch for the life of the project. This will add up to way more then any of the work you do. Also, when we sale the project, you will get 15% of the sale as well.

Please get back to me as soon as possible for more details. Getting out fast with this will be the key.

I am new here so I hope this goes well. This deal is non negotiable as per our arrangement. If you are broke but a great developer, then this deal will keep on feeding you and you will be asked to be a part of our next project.
