We are looking for someone who could come up with a tangible plan to develop the business in the next twelve months. This has to be a down to earth action plan. To this end, the consultant should have experience in the mass retailing and distribution industry.

Along with the plan, the consultant would need to lay out an analysis on how the company will position itself in the market and also explain what are the compettive advantages of the company which will make the company successfull. We will provide ideas to help you drafting this analysis.
