Looking to have a Joomla based website designed using CMS.
The site should be clean, crisp, and bold.

This website will consist of the same elements as IFREELANCE. But with a different function. Instead it would be for only photographers in my area only.
It will be for customers to locate a photographer in the immediate area and pick a package deal that would suite them financially by have each photographer layout a package deal and compete with hundreds other photographers. The site will have the ability for the client to be able to post their project and for the photographer to respond with a bid, and also to post a profile and samples of their work as well. Similar to this website, but with only one catergory "Photography".
