 Requirements

• Develop and manage booster club relationships
• Develop  10 -20 new relationships a month
• A track record of successful relationship sales.
• Cultivate relationships to create additional sales opportunities.
• The ability to work from a home office effectively.
• Strong Business development skills
• Minimum of 50 outbound calls a day required to succeed, while building your client base.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and communicate weekly with VP of sales via phone.
• Database sales management experience a plus
• Must be able to learn products quickly and adapt to a sales process
• Must have the discipline to maintain a robust level of call volume and supporting emails consistently
