I need this website to be simple yet professional.  It will be simple:  

*homepage
*a portfolio section
*a services/pricing page
*a "why hire me" page
*a contact form that goes to my email
*graphic links to my facebook page, my twitter account and my blog

I will provide all content and some direction in terms of what I don't want.  I need you to do the design and help me get it up on my url.  Please provide an estimate and an estimated time to complete.
