I am wanting a facebook application for setting the background image of a users facebook profile. It would require the user to enter a image URL, hosted anywhere, and having the image appear as the wallpaper on the facebook profile. IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not sure this is even possible, so some research into it's feasibility is required before bidding!!! You will need to confirm it's possible before we start a transaction.
