I need 30 links from pages about law or finance. No links from pages about mortgages, loans, credit cards etc.

Links must come from pages with (I mean the link page, not the home page)
1) Minimum Google Page Rank 1
2) Maximum 75 Outbound Links (links to other sites)
3) Pages about law, lawyers or finance. No links from pages about mortgages, loans, credit cards etc.

Other requirements are:
- One way links (I do not reciprocate links)
- Permanent links (no monthly fees or similar)
- No links from, blog comments, article posting, newsgroup posting, social bookmarks, FFA, guest books, or similar.
- Links that must transfer link power so no "no follow", "no index", frames or redirections etc.
- Each link must come from a different domain and C class IP.

This is one small projects of more that will come if you give me the quality I'm asking.

In your offer you must specify your delivery date, otherwise it will not be taken into consideration. It must be REALISTIC. If you give me a dete you MUST respect it.
