I need a graphic designer/illustrator to design some picture frame type of layouts.  For the right person this could be an ongoing project.  I will need designs to illustrate Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, etc.  This is a low budget project and I'm looking for someone with talent that needs to build their portfolio while making a little money.  If you are this person contact me and be ready to start immediate.
