I have 13 hand drawings fully dimensioned with tolerances.  Not very complex, largest is 15" x 48".  Mostly plates with tapped holes and clearance holes one welded piece. I need to have these drawings converted to individual solid models and then placed into an assembly.  This is for a concept machine design and will need to have a NDA signed before starting on the project.  All hand drawings are on 11"x17" paper.

No 2d drawings needed, just the solid models.

Preference is for Autodesk Inventor, I will also consider Solidworks.
