We are trying to build a house and having difficulty finding the plan that we like.

These are some of our requirements:

1. 2 storied 4 bedrooom,3.5 bath.Master down.
2. Stucco and stone exterior preferred.
3. Mediterranean/Colonial style preferred. Do not like traditional.
4. Sunroom, 1st floor or 2nd floor.
5. Formal Living room entering from foyer. Access to family room from Kitchen.
6. Formal Dining room, accessible from Kitchen. Opening into the backyard.
7. No garage entrance in the elevation.
8. Allow max light in the house.
9. Dual door entrance.
