More information about site structure
10/27/2009 08:45 PM PDT
I have had several inquiries regarding the structure of the ecommerce site and extras included in the site (newsletter, etc.).

The site will be a very basic ecommerce site. The categories and subcategories are now listed in the attached document Memeria Categories...xls. That file lists all categories, subcategories, and the corresponding categories we would map from Ingram Micro's file. Ingram Micro's Platform Abbr field would likely be used to map to our memeria subcategory.

As for newsletters, and extra stuff, the ecommerce site should not have it. that will remain at our main site which will be updated to point to the ecommerce site if someone chooses to shop. the ecommerce site should have an about the company section in it though.

The site should also integrate with paypal.

Many have also proposed a site and an administration utility for future updates. This is a great idea if you would like to adjust your proposals.

Hope this helps clarify.

Thanks,
Anthony
