The company provide various services.

1. Virtual machines
2. VPN
3. IP for the proxy
4. Servers

There are list of forums, directories, articles site and blogs sites related to these services. What we want is

1. Company/Individual make a list of the
a. Forums where offers can be made
b. List of directories where site can be posted
c. List of articles site where articles can be submitted
d. List of blogs.
And do the posting on regular basis. Weekly basis atleast in forums, write content and post them in articles and blogs site.
We would like to pay per post for this job or we can pay weekly/monhtly for the work done. This is not onetime but ongoing regular job. For e.g. you have to do the posting weekly on the same forum for "N" number of months.

2. For web promotion we would like company to do site analysis and get site SEO friendly and do promotion for it. Increase PR and listing.
We would like to get this done on regular basis and we will pay on monthly basis rather onetime so we can get regular update on the happenings.
