I am looking for a car delivery and transportation website to be built similar to one i would privately give you details of in email correspondence. Although the graphics and text would be different its very straight forward for a knowledgable website person.

The process o how it would work is that the advertiser (be a trader or private individual) that  they would register first and then place their free advert for wanting quotes for transporting their car, bike, caravan, truck or van anywhere in the UK or europe and they can list this for free on the listings page.

The quotes or bids would be from any transporter or private company and they would register FREE as a provider of this service and be able to bid on the work and show private bid or public on the listing with the number of bids and amount quoted for the work.

The provider on successful bid and confirmed by the advertiser would pay the website a fee and onlky then be able to get details of the advertiser or else subscribe to a monthly fee to bid on all and any work that is listed.
