Looking for a database to be created, that will store candidates details clients details and report on pay margin etc, using complex formulars to calculate margin, also be able to run reportd on candidates by skill location etc, and store client terms rates, candidates will then link to clients and a report can be run to print of a current working schedule.

Cost is major factor I have a close friend that is in IT and has said he will do it for us next to nothing on cost howver it will take him a long time as he would be doing it in his spare time, we are looking for someone that can do a basic job for us on this yet be able to have operating by jan 4th, good realistic prices please
