I require a log for a business card and possibly for my website.

I would like the logo to be "i" in a "O" or i am open to suggestions.

also I would also like "onimpact" in 3D with the "i" in red and the rest in black or grey.

I can forward other logo's I have seen as examples.

The business is a start up, hence not a large budget.
If youre a professional and can do this quickly and cheaply fine, or if your a student with time and are happy with a tiny budget,, good.
