I am a Director of IT at a public school and I am in search of a database designer to complete the Projects described below:

Occurrence Database

Description:
Imports Data from csv export from Education Edge
Allows users to enter occurrences for students via web interface or Access Front End
Secured using Active Directory
Prints Reports of # of occurrences

Inventory Database
Description
Ability to enter Inventory data for: Hardware(Printers, Laptops, Computers, Projectors)
Alert users when items are submitted for repair
Track inventory of consumables such as Toner, Keyboards, Mice
Maintain repair history for devices

5th Grade Lottery Picker
Allow users to enter incoming 5th Grade student info( Parent info, addresses, Contact Info)
Use the address to determine what NYC district the student is in and pre-populate that field
Attach images to student record(copies of proof of address, application form etc)
