We are a growing Real estate business in New Zealand and would like someone to focus on the tasks outlined below:

1. Filtering current Database data and ensuring that it is upto date, with everyone having e-mail contacts correctly entered
2. Enlarging our database contact pool, from about 4000 to over 10,000
3. Designing and implementing a monthly e-mail newletter design that can be forwarded to our contacts on a monthly basis with relevant information on the Real estate market in New Zealand, latest listings and general updates within our business that may seem relevant to the reader.

This work would start off requiring up to 2 hours a week and we would supply the information regarding our current Databasing program for the nominee to understand.
