Need a circuit board design for a GPS tracker that uses wireless technology to send location information to a website profile.  Suggestions on how to test system welcomed.  The plan is to utilize a free text message trial for one month to test the texting of location information to website profile (suggestions welcome again).  

*  Need three working prototypes to test if possible
*  Working dimensions of PCB  3" x 0.75" x 0.5"
*  Size is not as important as function, but smaller is better.
