Need some help.

I have a Transfer pricing (TP) situation with my company and need someone to make a proposal to me who is experienced in this sort of thing.

My company has just recently bought a manufacturer in the UK that was strugling financially. We were given a 9 million pound grant by the UK government to assist. We plan to invest 35m pounds into this company to expand the plant to nearly three times its current size and introduce new manufacturing techniques and equipment.

Can you please put together a proposal on how to structure this Transfer pricing wise. We are in another european locationour head office.
Should the proposal be suitable, just a vague proposal is enough, we will engage you to undertake the TP work for us.
