I need an engineer who can design and draw a strange apparatus that would attach to household toilets.

The item would preferably require no electric power or batteries, and would be triggered by a push button that would replace an existing toilet flush handle.  (Without removing the existing handle).

The idea is a joke item, that could be placed in unsuspecting toilets, that when the toilet flushes, instead of flushing, a burst of air or water forced the contents of the toilet bowl to splash high in the air.  My non engineer thought is that if a tube was inserted in the toilet bowl alongthe edge and hidden in the tank was a pillow of air that was released suddenly it would cause the contents to splash up fromt he bowl.

I am open to ideas and intrepretations.  I will need your design drawings to be designed in such a way, I will be able to get a prototype made overseas.
