The City of Grandview, Missouri requires that I submit architectural drawings to get a license to run a BBQ restaurant (to convert a strip-mall retail space into a food-service facility).  This will be a simple project -- preferably one wall bisecting the space to create the separation of the dining and cooking areas, and supply storage area.  As a start-up business, simplicity and economy are the key issues.
