Direct Notify Alert, Inc. has developed a vehicle crash sensor in the form of a replacement rearview car mirror and a portable radar detector-sized device that can be installed by a consumer in a few seconds. The sensor wirelessly connects to a bluetooth-enabled cell phone. In a crash, the sensor will use the cell phone to contact emergency services and transmit an automated message. The sensor's estimated consumer cost will be around $99 with no annual service fee.

Direct Notify Alert, Inc. (two-person company) currently has a SCORE reviewed business plan, patent-pending technology, and a functional prototype.

We are initially seeking help in raising seed capital $400K, but estimate approximately $12M will be needed throughout the life of the project if all products and identified services are to be delivered. We are offering an equity stake in the company exchange for funds received.

We are willing to pay based on the Lehman formula for funds raised when they are received. Signing an NDA will be required to get additional detail. You will be provided the business plan and all materials that we have to aid in your fund raising activities in addition to the ability to schedule the founders for meetings. This bid is not limited to one winner; it will be possible for us to work with multiple finders simultaneously although we would prefer to work with one well-connected individual/organization.
