We are looking for an attorney to read our acquistion contact (4 1/2 pages) and sign it on behalf of our company (with POA) and forward it to the company we are puchasing the domain names from.

We will require the attorney to stay on 'retainer' for associated followup regarding the contract.

To be clear, the contract exists - we just want it to be read and signed on our behalf by legal counsel to the LLC.

Bidder must be a qualified attorney in the USA.
